Although the act of collections is typically associated with brawn more so than brain, the process is actually quite cerebral - at least it is with our approach!
Our philosophy is one of Collaboration. This is why we have named our collection division "Collaborative Credit Partners". With us, we aim for the collections process to be a positive experience.

N - Negotiate - Negotiating is described as dealing with each other, to bring about by discussion a settlement of terms.

E - Educate - Many people do not understand what credit is about and how it is used, or the impact of when it is misused. They may not recognize that the decision not to deal with their creditors can have a tremendous impact on their financial future. Some people look in their pockets or piggy banks and truly beleive that since the money isn't there, that there are no options. They fall into the group of people that don't realize that we can be an intermedediary and help resolve issues so that all parties involved can settle things.
M - Motivate - Sometimes people have been down or in such a dark place that they are not making the best decisions. One of those decisions (as it is a choice), is not to do anything. We can help them realize that once they get going and start moving forward, they can get to where they want to be. Nobody truly wants to be in debt and especially in Collections
O - Optimize - Making the best of what one has to work with. A lot of people don't realize that they can walk or run 10K by just taking the first step and then continuing, or that a sweater can materialize from a ball of yarn.
